What does Master Resell Rights mean?+
When you buy an ApexResell bundle, you get permission to resell the exact same files to your own customers and keep 100% of what they pay you. No royalties owed to us, no monthly fees, no platform cut.
Can I sell these on my own website or marketplace?+
Yes. Sell them on your Shopify, Etsy, Gumroad, Stan Store, Beacons, your own landing page - anywhere you want. Price them however you want.
Do I need to credit ApexResell when I resell?+
No. The files become yours to brand, rename, repackage, and sell under your own brand. We don't require credit and we don't sell to your customers.
Can my customers resell what they buy from me?+
That's your call. By default, you sell with personal-use rights so only you can resell. If you want to grant Master Resell Rights to your buyers (a higher price point), that is allowed too.
Are there any restrictions?+
Three rules: (1) Don't claim you created the original files. (2) Don't resell raw files for free or below cost in a way that destroys the market. (3) Don't pass our brand assets (ApexResell logo, copy) as your own. Everything else is fair game.
What if I want a refund?+
