The fine print, in plain English
What does Master Resell Rights mean?+
You may resell the product to your own customers, either as-is or rebranded where the bundle's license allows it, and keep the revenue. No royalties, no revenue share. Courses are the exception: they are for personal use only.
Can I sell these on my own website or marketplace?+
Yes. Shopify, Etsy, Gumroad, Stan Store, Beacons or your own landing page all work, as long as you follow each platform's rules. You set the price.
Do I need to credit ApexResell when I resell?+
No. You can sell under your own brand without mentioning ApexResell. Rebranding and repackaging are allowed where the bundle's license allows it.
Can my customers resell what they buy from me?+
Only if the bundle's license allows passing on resell rights. Otherwise, sell to end users who may use the product but not resell it.
Are there any restrictions?+
Yes: (1) Don't claim you created the original files. (2) Don't give the files away in bulk in a way that harms the product's commercial value. (3) Don't use ApexResell's brand assets (logo, copy) as your own. (4) Courses can't be resold or shared. See the License page for the full list.
What if I want a refund?+
If the files are faulty or not as described, we fix them or refund you. EU buyers can also request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The Refund Policy page has the full details.
