Master Resell Rights License
Every paid bundle on ApexResell comes with Master Resell Rights (MRR). This page explains what that means in practice — without the legalese.
01.What is Master Resell Rights?
Master Resell Rights (MRR) is a license that gives you the right to resell a digital product to your own customers and keep 100% of the profit. It's how affiliates, agencies, and content creators build inventory without producing every asset themselves.
When you buy a bundle from ApexResell, you're not just buying files — you're buying a license that lets you put those files to work in your business.
In short: ApexResell creates the product. You buy it once. You resell it forever, to as many customers as you want, at whatever price you set.
02.What You Can Do (✅)
- ✓Resell the product to your own customers, on your own website, in your own store, or via any sales channel — Etsy, Gumroad, your own Shopify, your client deliverables, anywhere.
- ✓Keep 100% of the revenue you earn from your sales. We take nothing beyond what you paid for the original license.
- ✓Set your own prices — from free giveaways to premium bundles, the pricing is your decision.
- ✓Bundle with other products you create or own. Combine our reels with your own templates and sell as a single curated package.
- ✓Use in client work — for your design, marketing, or content agency engagements. Charge clients full creative fees on top.
- ✓Modify the products — edit, customize, and adapt the assets. Add your branding, change colors, remix content for your audience.
- ✓Use commercially in advertising, social media, paid campaigns, and any other business context.
03.What You Can't Do (❌)
- ✕Claim authorship of underlying creative work. You can sell our reels under your brand, but you can't pretend you personally filmed every clip if asked directly.
- ✕Resell or redistribute the ApexResell platform itself — the website, the UI, the brand, our blog content. Your license is for the assets, not for the storefront.
- ✕Give away in mass in a way that materially harms ApexResell's commercial interests (e.g., uploading our paid bundles to free torrent sites or piracy forums).
- ✕Use for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content — hate speech, misinformation campaigns, harassment, illegal activity. Standard stuff.
- ✕Train commercial AI/ML models on the assets without express written permission. ML training is a separate license we can grant on request.
- ✕Sub-license to others to resell under MasterResell Rights. You can sell the assets to end-users, but you can't grant them the right to resell further. Each customer needs to buy directly from ApexResell to gain MRR.

ApexResell offers MRR (the most permissive end-user-resellable tier). PLR is one step above and lets the buyer rebrand as the original author — we don't offer that, because we want to stay associated with our own work.
06.Frequently Asked
Do I need a business license to resell?+
That depends on your country's laws, not ours. In Bulgaria, occasional small-scale online resale doesn't require a business registration; sustained commercial activity does. Check with a local accountant if unsure.
Can I resell on Etsy / Gumroad / my own Shopify?+
Yes, on all those platforms. Just ensure your listings comply with each platform's terms of service. Some marketplaces have specific rules around digital reseller listings.
Can I split a bundle and sell pieces separately?+
Yes. If you bought our 100,000+ reels bundle, you can sell sub-collections (e.g., 'Travel Reels Mini Pack') as long as you're not redistributing the original ApexResell branding.
Do I have to credit ApexResell when reselling?+
No. You're free to sell under your own brand without mention of ApexResell. (We'd appreciate a thumbs-up if our bundles helped you — but it's not required.)
What if I'm sued by my own customer over a defective product?+
ApexResell isn't a party to your transactions with your customers. You're responsible for your own warranties and customer relationships. Our products are provided as-is — see Terms Section 11.
Can I resell to someone outside my country?+
Yes, MRR is worldwide. You're responsible for complying with your local consumer-protection laws, but the license itself isn't geographically restricted.
07.Got a Special Use Case?
If you want to use our products in a way that doesn't clearly fit the MRR license — AI training, large-scale distribution to press partners, government work, anything unusual — email us before you start. Most reasonable requests get approved.
