Master Resell Rights License
Paid bundles and templates on ApexResell come with Master Resell Rights (MRR). Courses are the exception: they are for personal use. This page explains what that means in practice.
01.What is Master Resell Rights?
At ApexResell, Master Resell Rights (MRR) means one thing: you may resell the product to your own customers, either as-is or rebranded where the bundle's license allows it, and keep the revenue from your sales. We take no royalties or revenue share.
Some bundles include their own license file. When they do, that file sets the exact permissions for that bundle, for example whether you may rebrand it or pass resell rights on to your buyers. Where a bundle has no separate license file, the rules on this page apply.
Exception, courses: courses, including the Meta ads course, come with a personal license. You can watch it and apply what you learn in your own business, but you may not resell, share, or redistribute the course or its materials.
02.What You Can Do
- ✓Resell the product to your own customers, on your own website or store, or on marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad or Shopify, as long as you follow each platform's rules.
- ✓Keep the revenue from your sales. We take nothing beyond what you paid us.
- ✓Set your own prices. Pricing is your decision.
- ✓Rebrand and repackage where the bundle's license allows it: add your branding, split a bundle into smaller packs, or combine it with your own products.
- ✓Use in client work for your design, marketing, or content agency projects.
- ✓Use commercially in advertising, social media, and paid campaigns.
03.What You Can't Do
- ✕Claim authorship of the underlying creative work. You can sell under your own brand, but you cannot claim you personally created the original files.
- ✕Resell the ApexResell platform or brand: the website, the UI, our logo, and our blog content are not part of any license.
- ✕Give it away in bulk in a way that harms ApexResell's commercial interests (for example uploading paid bundles to torrent sites or free channels).
- ✕Use for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content, such as hate speech, misinformation, harassment, or illegal activity.
- ✕Train commercial AI/ML models on the assets without our written permission.
- ✕Pass resell rights on to your buyers unless the bundle's license allows it. By default, your customers get the right to use the product, not to resell it.
- ✕Resell or share courses. Courses are licensed for personal use only.

A few illustrative scenarios to make the rules concrete:
The Reseller
Sells the 100K Reels bundle on Gumroad at a price they choose
Allowed. Reselling is what MRR is for.
The Agency
Uses Canva templates to produce social media posts for a paying client
Allowed. Commercial use in client work is covered.
The Course Creator
Includes a set of templates as a bonus inside their own paid course
Allowed. Bundling with your own content is fine.
The Content Mill
Uploads a paid bundle to a large Telegram channel labeled 'Free Resources'
Not allowed. Mass free redistribution harms the product's commercial value.
The Course Sharer
Shares their Meta ads course link with a group of friends
Not allowed. Courses are for personal use only.

Even where rebranding is allowed, you may not claim to be the original creator of the underlying work.
06.Frequently Asked
Do I need a business registration to resell?+
That depends on the laws of your country. Ongoing commercial selling usually requires some form of registration and tax reporting. Check with a local accountant if you are unsure.
Can I resell on Etsy / Gumroad / my own Shopify?+
Yes. Make sure your listings follow each platform's terms of service, as some marketplaces have specific rules for resold digital products.
Can I split a bundle and sell pieces separately?+
Yes, where the bundle's license allows repackaging. For example, you could sell a niche sub-collection of the 100K Reels bundle, without using ApexResell branding.
Do I have to credit ApexResell when reselling?+
No. You can sell under your own brand without mentioning ApexResell.
Can my customers resell what they buy from me?+
Only if the bundle's license allows passing on resell rights. Otherwise, sell to end users who may use the product but not resell it.
Can I resell the Meta ads course?+
No. Courses are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
Who is responsible for my own sales?+
You are. ApexResell is not a party to your sales, so you handle your own customer support, refunds, taxes and consumer law obligations towards your buyers.
Can I resell to someone outside my country?+
Yes. The license is worldwide. You are responsible for following the consumer and tax laws that apply to your sales.
