Rewards Programme

XP & Credits, explained

Loyalty programmes are usually deliberately confusing. Ours is not. One conversion rate, two rules, five levels — that is the whole thing. Five-minute read.

TL;DR

Spend €1 → earn 50 XP. 100 XP = €1 off. Use up to 50% per order. Never expires.

That is the whole rewards programme. The rest of this page is just details, edge cases and worked examples.

The numbers

Welcome bonus
500 XP

The moment you create an account. Worth €5 in credit.

First-purchase bonus
+1,000 XP

One-time. Triggers on your first paid order. Worth €10.

Standard earn rate
50 XP / €1

On the cash portion of every order. 50% effective reward.

Redemption rate
100 XP = €1

At checkout, slide to apply your balance against the total.

Daily claim
10–100 XP

One chest every 24 hours. Random reward. Find it on your dashboard.

Max XP per order
50%

You always pay at least half the order in cash. Keeps the programme honest.

How you earn XP

+500 XP

Once, on account creation. €5 in credit, no strings.

Every paid order
50 XP per €1 cash spent

Order is €12 (all cash) → +600 XP earned. Order is €12 but you paid €6 with XP → only the €6 cash portion earns, so +300 XP.

First paid order
+1,000 XP bonus

On top of the regular 50/€1. Only triggers once per account.

Daily claim
10–100 XP (random)

Open the dashboard once every 24 hours, click the chest. Probability is weighted: 60% low (10–40), 30% mid (40–70), 10% jackpot (70–100).

First wishlist save
+50 XP

One-time bonus for adding any product to your wishlist. To encourage discovery, not to be farmed.

Loyalty level multiplier
+5% to +15%

From Gold tier onward, every purchase earns more. See the levels section below.

How you redeem XP

  1. 1
Add items to your bundle. The shop is the same regardless — XP is applied at the checkout step, not when you browse.
  2. 2
Open the checkout drawer. If you have any XP balance, you will see a slider labelled Use XP credits.
  3. 3
Slide to choose how much to spend. The drawer shows live: discount in euros, percentage of order paid with XP, and how much XP you will have left.
  4. 4
Pay the remainder by card. Stripe handles the cash portion — Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major cards, in EUR.

Edge cases & honest fine print

Do XP credits expire?
Never. They sit in your wallet indefinitely.
Can I pay 100% of an order with XP?
No. The cap is 50% of any single order. The other half is always real money. This stops bots farming sign-up bonuses and keeps the programme financially sustainable for everyone.
Do I earn XP on the portion I paid with XP?
No — only the cash portion of an order earns new XP. This is standard for every reputable cashback or loyalty programme.
What about refunds?
If you refund an order within the 7-day window, the XP you earned on that order is removed from your balance and the XP you spent on it is returned. Net-zero — the wallet ends up exactly where it started.
Can I transfer XP to another account?
No. XP is tied to the account that earned it.
What if my account is inactive for a long time?
Nothing happens. There is no inactivity penalty. Your XP is exactly where you left it whenever you come back.
Can I see a log of everything?
Yes — your XP dashboard shows every credit and debit, with timestamps and the reason for each (purchase, signup, daily claim, redemption, refund).
Does the free starter pack count as a 'first purchase' for the +1,000 XP bonus?
No. The free starter is free — no payment, no first-purchase bonus. The bonus triggers on your first paid order of any size.

500 XP waiting at the door
