How It Works

From sign-up to your first bundle

Pay once per product, or use All Access for the whole catalog monthly. Here is the ApexResell journey in five steps, so you know exactly what happens after you click Sign Up.

Create your account

30 seconds

Click Sign Up in the header. Email + password, or one click with Google. We do not ask for a credit card and we never will until you actually buy something.

As soon as your account exists, we drop 500 XP into your wallet. That is the equivalent of €5 in store credit, yours to spend whenever.

After sign-up you land on a short onboarding screen with six free starter packs. Each one is a real downloadable product, not a teaser PDF.

Browse the shop, build a bundle

As long as you like

Head to the shop and pick whatever fits your business: 100K-clip Reels libraries, Canva templates, Lightroom presets, full Shopify themes, POD designs, courses.

Apply your XP credits at checkout

One slider

On the checkout drawer you will see your XP balance and a slider labelled “Use XP credits”. Slide it to decide how much of your balance to spend.

Two simple rules to remember:

  • 100 XP = €1 off the order
  • Max 50% of any single order can be paid with XP (the other 50% is paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method via Stripe)

Example: order is €20. You can knock it down to €10 with 1,000 XP, and pay the remaining €10 with card. Order is €4 → you can use up to 200 XP (€2 off) and pay €2 with card.

Earn XP back on every purchase

Automatic

Every euro of cash you spend earns you 50 XP back, which works out to €0.50 of store credit per €1 spent.

Your first paid order gives an extra one-time +1,000 XP bonus on top (€10 credit toward your next purchase). Combined with the 500 XP welcome bonus, a €10 first purchase paid fully in cash leaves you with 2,000 XP (€20 of store credit) for later orders.

XP never expires. Use it the same day or six months later, your call.

Buying is the main way to earn, but it is not the only one. Three small habits stack up over a month.

Daily claim

Open your dashboard once every 24 hours, click the chest. Random reward, occasionally a big one.

First wishlist save

Save any product to your wishlist for the first time. One-time bonus.

+5% to +15%

Higher levels = more XP

Gold, Diamond and Legend levels add a bonus multiplier on every purchase. The further you climb, the faster XP comes in.

Quick Answers

The questions everyone asks

Do XP credits expire?
No. They sit in your wallet until you decide to use them.
Can I pay an entire order with XP?
No. You can pay up to 50% of any order with XP. The remaining 50% has to be real money. This keeps the rewards programme sustainable and prevents bot abuse.
Do I earn XP on the portion I paid with XP?
No. Only the cash portion of an order earns new XP.
What if I lose interest after the free starter pack?
Nothing happens. We do not charge you. We do not lock the starter pack. It is yours forever. We genuinely hope you find something else to buy because it solves a real problem you have, not because we trapped you in a funnel.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is faulty or not as described, we fix it or refund you. EU buyers can also request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Full details on the refund policy page.
What does Master Resell Rights actually allow me to do?
Resell bundles and templates to your own customers, as-is or rebranded where the bundle's license allows it, set your own price, and keep the revenue. Courses are for personal use only. Full breakdown on our License page.
